Its Friday, Kelly's show us where you live. Garages and Yards

Kelly is looking at Garages and Yards this week.

Since we live in Florida this is where we spend most of our time.
The pool is screened in and I can have my garden without getting eaten up by the Florida bugs.

It is truly peaceful when the waterfalls are flowing.

The Chief can grill until his heart’s content.

This section of the waterfall makes a smooth transition from the upper level to the lower level.

The Cisco Kid hasn't a care in the world while floating around in his boat. Ahhhh, To be young again.

Since the pool is on a lower level we can still enjoy this area when it rains.

This is where the wet children can eat.

My Cottage in the Sky.
Our fire pit. It does get cold enough to use it.

As I was taking these pictures the weather turned instantly. You can see the black clouds above the trees.

A Fantastic Strawberry Killer Chiller.

Everyone needs a killer chiller one time or another. This Strawberry chiller is wonderful it fits right into my Plan. See 15 minute meals for recipe.

This is a true test because this kid will not eat a strawberry to save his life.
This drink gets the seal of approval from the The Cisco Kids.
I couldn’t get him to come up for air and give me a smile.

Week two of the diet. Incorporating the E word, EXERCISE

I want to take this slowly, day by day to achieve total success.

Now that I have all the food planed out it’s time to incorporate the E word, EXERCISE!!

Remember, the ultimate goal is for this is to be a long term resolution. I want to start out with a small amount of exercise and work my way up and make it more challenging each week. I do agree cardio exercises are good, no doubt. For me at this point, I feel like I am doing some cardio by running around with my 6 year old. I don’t think that’s the way I want to go right now. My goal is to build strength and SHAPE my body. The way to do that is by doing pilates. I will be incorporating pilates in the future. Right now I want to start out by dancing the twist. Do the twist for at least five minutes or three songs every day. We can’t work on our waist without working on our arms. I am going to do fifty arm rolls forward then fifty backward. Not bad, Ha!!!

Have a strong week.
