Super Bowl munchies!!!!!

This is a great snack for Super bowl Sunday. Sugar free, Homemade Granola!!!! I have to tell you that this is the best snack. Its sugar free, it has tons of fiber and protein. It even tastes great on a salad.
1 cups of each, Pecans, chopped Walnuts, chopped Almonds, Sunflower seeds, Quick cook Oats and dried mixed fruit.
1 cup of sesame seeds
1 tea spoon of each, cinnamon, cloves, imitation butter flavoring and pure vanilla extract.
1/2 teaspoon of Cayenne pepper
6 oz. of All Whites
1/2 cup of Splenda
1/2 cup of Splenda Brown Sugar

Mix the following ingredients in a bowl.

All Whites, cinnamon, cloves, imitation butter, vanilla extract, cayenne pepper, Splenda and Splenda Brown Sugar. Mix well together.

Mix all the remaining dry ingredients together in a large bowl and pour the egg mixture over the top. Mix until all the nuts are coated.

Line a cookie sheet with quick release aluminum foil.

Place the mixture on the cookie sheet. It should only be about 1/2 inch think. If there is mixture left over you can put it on another cookie sheet and bake.

Bake at 350 degrees for twenty minutes.

Once granola is cooled it can be broken apart in large chunks.

  2. I just called my husband in to look at this recipe and he says it looks like a winner. I just may have to go shopping for this one. I've never seen ALL WHITES! How do you spot all these wonderful shortcuts in the store? Thanks so much for making it easier for all of us!

  3. That looks really yummmy and fun to make as well.
I just bought a can of quick oats to feed to the deer, RJ thinks I'm crazy, but now I can use it in this snack. In regard to your last post, Chipotle does have good, fresh food. Thanks for referencing your cookbook. That will make it easier for me.
