D.I.E.T? There are two reasons for failing on a diet. 1st reason. Depriving your self of great tasting food. It is not natural for someone who likes food to live on lettuce and broiled chicken. 2nd reason. The time it takes to think light, think portion control and think cost of all the food. The light went off in my head one day. Why am I fighting it? Make meals with ten ingredients or less. This will keep the calorie count down and the cost of ingredients down.
