I love to entertain
Three times a year we have a community block party. We alternate houses and the host of the party makes the main dish. All the other families bring a dish to complements the main meal. I had an Italian night. I made Lasagna and Eggplant Parmigian. All the food was wonderful.

I want to know if we are allowed to make requests for what we want to see on this blog. As an avid follower, I would hope to have some perks and input, and that could be considered one...Ha! Ha! I want to see the steps for making your antipasta with the pepperoni chunks, etc. How can we make that happen?
