We drove around and saw some old covered bridges. There was one that was my favorite. They had turned it into a gift shop.
This is the first time The Cisco Kid drove a motorized vehicle. At 2-1/2 years old, he caught on to it so fast. He figured out how to put the money in and he was so precise with his driving. It amazed me.We boarded the Hobo express where we traveled all the sights. It was a four hour train ride with one stop for shopping. They called it the Hobo express because they served a Hobo lunch. Their lunch consisted of ham and cheese sandwiches, hotdogs and chips.
We rented a boat and cruised the lake, did some tubing but not before we went to purchase some wet suites. Even though it was July the water was about fifty degrees.
This 4th of July parade was so quaint. Allot of the locals had participated in the parade. It reminded me of an old fashioned homey 4th of July.
