Instead of making the batter from scratch, I used Bisquick.
I added a small amount of cheese to the batter.
Slightly let the batter cook.
Add the ground beef.
Add cheese.
Flip the cheeseburger.
Delicious!!!!
I had some extra ground beef left over and I decided to put Manwich in the beef. I then filled the Ebelskivers with the Manwich mixture.
They turned out really good.
I think that by adding a slightly moist filling was really so much better.
As you can see, we enjoyed them.

ReplyDeleteOh great, now I want an Ebelskiver! Those looked so good.
ReplyDeleteOh, glad you used it...I still need to use mine or Tony and the kids are going to BOP me!!! Looks good and easy enough. Interesting take you had on what to put inside, and as usual, very creative! I will probably make my first batch sweet and for breakfast, but yours looked really good, and I had not thought to make them for dinner! Love the step-by-step!
ReplyDeleteOkay...a WHOLE new world has been opened to me...I didn't know that Ebelskiver could be savory. I've only had them as sweet. My kids would LOVE this!!
ReplyDeleteBlessings!
