WOW! I just stumbled on my potato recipe right here on your site! So glad that you and others are enjoying this idea. I know we all love it. They're not slimming but are very good. I make mine in an 8 1/2 x 11 cake pan cause I cook everything BIG and toss it in the oven to bake up cripsy and golden.
