WOW Santa!!!!!!

Last night The Cisco Kid left Santa his cookies and milk and reluctantly went to bed because he knew that Santa would not come unless he was asleep.  The Cisco Kid woke up before the sun rose at 6:45 a.m. this morning.  He was so excited about all the gifts and could not wait to open them.  But first he had to read the letter Santa left him.

One of the gifts Grandma and grandpa got the cisco kid was a projector.
The Chief and The Cisco Kid are putting together some playmobil sets.
Here The Cisco Kid is working on his energy lab.
He loves to play in the water so Santa got him the Ramones water station with some color changing cars.  He could not wait until Ramones station was put together so he tested the color change in the sink.
It was a nice day out so The Cisco Kid could play with his new toys.
Its 8:30 and we have been at it all day.  We are totally exhausted.  I need to re-phrase that! The Chief and I are totally exhausted.  The Cisco Kid is still ready to go.  I hope everyone had a very merry Christmas.

Merry Christmas

Our Christmas Eve starts out with a wonderful dinner of Honey baked ham, scalloped potatoes, corn, Brussels sprouts and rolls.  After dinner we have The Cisco Kid open his gifts from us.  Christmas day is always very busy with all of Santa’s gifts.
The largest Hershey kiss he has ever seen!
The shirt has a guitar that really plays on it with a little amp. You can see the amp on his pocket.
Grandma and Grandpa are opening their Christmas Eve gifts.  The Cisco Kid got them pens with Grandma and Grandpa engraved on them.
He loves a personalized license plate.
He is looking at a key chain with his name blinking in lights
He loves his coin collection and we got he a wide variety of half dollars, dollar and president dollar coins.
  The famous Hersheys Kiss!!!!!
 Love that KISS!!!!
The Chief is putting batteries in his guitar ornament.
 Merry Christmas!!!

Winter Break

Friday was the last day of school until January 3rd 2011. Mr. M wanted to have a Christmas party for his class. They took a vote on what activities they wanted to do and the majority wanted to build gingerbread houses. Since I am the Class mom I built a class web site from shutterfly and had a volunteer list available to all parents that wanted to bring in items for the gingerbread houses. I have been the class mom every year since kindergarten and this is the first year the majority of the parents come to all the parties. Since everyone was so generous and brought in so much for the gingerbread houses I decided to bring my Chocolate Fountain with Marshmallows, Bananas, Apples and Rice crispy treats for dipping.

Thursday Mr. M came back into school and set up this Christmas tree with presents for all the children under it. When the children arrived to school the next morning they were all so excited about the tree with presents for them. Mr. M told them that Santa came and delivered the tree with all the presents because his class was so good this year.
They use a milk carton for the foundation of the gingerbread house.  They use cake icing to make the gram crackers stick to the carton.
When the children saw the fountain they flipped. There must be something in a kids mind seeing all that chocolate flowing freely. Way to funny!!!!
I just had to get some pictures of me and my little guy in here.
Mr. M is now ready to open his gift.  On one of our field trips Mr. M's handle to his cooler brake and he coulden't wheel it because it hurt his back so we all chipped in and got him a new cooler with a nice long handle.  We also included a gift card.
